We currently ship to addresses within Australia

2. Shipping Methods and Costs
Shipping costs are a base rate of $20 or free for orders over a certain price point. If you require shipping by a specific date, please contact us prior to purchasing on vines@topoc.au, and we will do our best to accommodate where possible.

3. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email
confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

4. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. While we aim to get your wine to you as soon as possible, please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or shipping carrier delays.

5. Signature Requirement
For your safety and to ensure the secure delivery of alcohol, all orders containing wine will require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone over the legal drinking age is available at the delivery address to sign for the package.

6. Order Issues
If you encounter any issues with your order, such as incorrect items received or a damaged package, please contact us on vines@topoc.au within 48 hours of receiving your order with images and a description of the issue.
