Returns & Refunds

At TOPO Wines customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on unopened bottles of wine within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Opened bottles of wine are non-returnable and non-refundable. Gift cards and other sale items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us via vines@topoc.au Provide your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product.

4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 30 business days and issued to your original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs
Refunds will not include shipping costs, which are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at
vines@topoc.au We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this returns and refund policy at any time. Please review it
